Create a reachable preview environment and choose a small suite related to the change. Wait for deployment readiness, then trigger the run from CI with a scoped token.
Put it into practice
Poll the final result before setting the job status. Include timeout handling and attach the available report to the review. A request that successfully starts a test is not a passing test.

Choose one journey, define the expected result, and inspect the evidence from a completed run. Expand the suite after the first test is useful.
